I try to convince them of my point of view.

I listen openly and take in other ideas and perspectives.

How willing are you to share or discuss your limitations?

I believe I shouldn't show weakness.

I am open about my limitations and ask for help when needed.

How would others rate you in terms of modesty?

I have been told that I can be arrogant and opinionated.

I have been told that I am considerate and attentive.

How do you deal with fear?

I try to avoid situations that scare me.

I am steady in a crisis and manage my fears constructively.

How willing are you to put your job, reputation, and relationships at risk for the cause you find most important?

I would never do that; I only take calculated risks.

Change requires risk; I am prepared to face the outcomes.

How would others rate you in terms of risktaking?

Fearful.
